Â
The lack of diversity and representation in tech is a well-known problem. Access to tech opportunities are often granted through personal connections and relationships that produce a network effect that often militates against Latinx inclusion.
Â
The Latinx ERG at Twilio is proud to partner with Techqueria to bring you the Advancing in Technical Careers fireside chat. AÂ panel of Latinx professionals at Twilio will share stories about the challenges they faced and advice on overcoming barriers when claiming space in technical leadership positions.
